  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

⚒️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Include photos and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.


💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
